How to Buy Precious Metals from USBE:
The online buying process has been designed to be easier than ever before. Here are step-by-step instructions to tell you everything to do to make a precious metals purchase from USBE.
Step 1. Go to your account through the Member Login section and select the "Buy & Sell Bullion" link. This will bring you to select bullion metal. Choose one of the following icons: Gold, Silver or Platinum. Once you select a metal, you will now be able to select a coin family. Choose the particular member you are interested in purchasing.
Step 2. You should now be looking at a particular coin or bar. Select the appropriate quantity you wish to purchase and click the button to "Buy Coins". When you do this, you will have twenty (20) seconds to finalize your transaction. The screen you will be looking at will show you the buy price you will be paying, the quantity you have indicated to buy, and the total buy price plus any applicable shipping and sales tax. You must click on "Finalize this Buy" button to secure your buy price. If you do not finalize your transaction within the twenty (20) second timeframe, your order will automatically timeout and take you back to the buy screen where you must enter your quantity buy information again.
Step 3. Once you "Finalize this Buy", you will arrive at a transaction completion page that will summarize your purchase from USBE. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation showing your buy order. Your order will also show on your "Client Control Panel" on the pending transactions page.
You have now finished the buying process!
Please note that you will need to make your payment in full within 24 hours of the transaction and must be received by USBE within five (5) banking days.
